Our staff – “Cambridge” School of English

Our Staff - Teachers and Native Speakers in "Cambridge" School of English language school

The “Cambridge” School of English (Native Speaker) collaborates with a permanent teaching staff, possessing broad theoretical and practical knowledge as well as competencies not only in methodology but also in social skills.

The training staff at the Cambridge School of English includes Native English Speakers and Polish lecturers with higher philological and/or linguistic education. Our teachers are graduates of prestigious universities and institutions, many of whom have additional specializations in various fields, such as early childhood education, pedagogy, translation, banking, finance, commerce, medicine, engineering, law, and IT. This allows for a combination of linguistic and substantive knowledge, enabling the conduction of advanced specialist courses (language training).

Native English Speakers

All Native Speakers working at our school have higher education and international certificates such as CELTA, DELTA, and TEFL, qualifying them to teach foreign languages. Many of our lecturers have expertise and experience at an expert level (minimum 5 years of professional experience, documented advanced education, and a track record of creating original solutions and content).

The substantive competencies of the training staff are a key element determining the quality of our services. However, social competencies of the lecturers, their ability to work with groups, positive attitude, creativity, kindness, and enthusiasm are equally important. The motivation level of the students largely depends on the inspiring teacher’s attitude, encouraging them to learn foreign languages outside the classroom.

“A true teacher should always be the most diligent student” (M. Gorki). Our teachers ensure continuous development and exchange of knowledge and best practices in collaboration with the school.

The qualifications of the teaching staff are enhanced through regular workshops, training, and seminars. Our school recognizes the need for continuous updating of professional competencies of lecturers, related to technological advancements, teaching techniques, new materials, and teaching aids.

Lecturers also participate in conferences organized by language publishing houses such as Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Pearson Education, British Council, and other entities involved in teacher development. These additional forms of teacher education foster openness and the ability to adopt the student’s perspective.
